Brownies are a favorite among many people. They are moist, rich, and delicious. However, they have a habit of sticking to the pan no matter what you do.
Here are some tips for making brownies that will not stick to the pan. One of the most popular methods is to grease the pan with butter or cooking spray before you pour in the batter.

Why Are My Brownies Sticking To The Pan?

My metal aluminum 8×8 pan gives me the best results when it comes to keeping brownies from sticking. Since the center and outside edges bake at the same temperature, the brownies won’t stick when they bake in the center.
How To Remove Brownies From A Pan?

1. Heat The Pan
You don’t need to worry if the first brownie is sticking even after greasing and baking in the right brownie pan. However, getting that first brownie square onto a plate remains challenging.
Place the brownie pan on top of a low-heat stove burner. You will be able to release the cake from the pan once the butter or shortening melts from the heat. In case my brownie pan is not greased, I use this foolproof method.
2. Try The Foil Method
To ensure that the brownies come out in one piece, aluminum foil and a pan liner work well. Make sure the foil is big enough to cover the pan and also extends over the sides for about two inches.
Place the dough in the pan and butter or spray it with baking spray. As directed in the recipe, pour the batter into the pan and bake. After the brownies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Then, hold on to the foil and pull out the entire brownie cake, placing it onto a wire rack when still warm. Before cutting the brownie cake into pieces, I let it cool for another 20 minutes before peeling back the foil.
Using foil when baking brownies made with nuts or chocolate chips makes the batter lighter, so I use it when I’ve added nuts or chocolate chips to the batter. Also, compared to parchment paper, foil is a little stronger.
3. Use Parchment Paper
It works well for me to remove brownies from pans by lining them with parchment paper. Make sure the paper is large enough to line the sides of the pan and hang over the edges so that the brownie cake will be easy to remove.
After that, you will need to butter the bottom and sides of the pan before lining it with paper. Next, shake out the excess flour before adding a tablespoon.
Please make sure the parchment paper is pressed into all corners of the pan as you line it with it. Once the batter has been poured into the pan, spread it evenly before baking.
Immediately the following baking, I removed the brownies from the pan and let them cool completely on a wire rack. You should be able to remove the parchment paper once the brownies have cooled easily.
