  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and airy. Pour in the chocolate/butter and whisk to combine.
  • Fold in the flour until just combined. Then fold in the pecans. 
  • Scrape into the prepared pan and sprinkle with sea salt. I prefer fleur de sel but use maldon if that’s your go to.
  • Bake for around 35 minutes until center is set. Let cool completely before slicing.
