Orange Biscotti with Chocolate

This is my first attempt at making Biscotti. I have to say it is pretty easy and requires few ingredients so much cheaper than what they charge at store. Biscotti is the one type of 'cookie' that I really like crispy. I know you are supposed to dip it in a hot drink so it gets soft but I like the crunch of it plain! If i wanted a soft cookie, I would have made a soft cookie. Embrace the crunch.

1 1/2 cups (187g) flour
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg white
Zest of 2 oranges
1/2 cup (76g) chocolate chips

Oven 350F.
Line baking sheet with parchment. Sift flour, sugar, powder, soda and salt. Add eggs then zest. Knead for 2 minutes, until it forms a smooth ball. Roll out into a 10x6 inch rectangle. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into 8-10 strips. Return to oven for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
Melt chocolate in double boiler
and drizzle over biscotti.
